Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Heiter bis Zynisch purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@heiterbiszynisch.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items
  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Personal care products (beauty items)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

The quickest way to get what you want is to return your item. Once your return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the replacement item.

EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
