Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed. In such cases, we will notify you by email.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Germany & EU: 5–10 business days
  • United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, postal delays, or customs clearance.


Shipping Costs

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Any applicable taxes, duties, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.


Tracking Orders

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update.


Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship worldwide; however, some countries may have restrictions.
  • We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Damages or Lost Packages

Heiter bis Zynisch is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
